PRINCIPLE STATEMENT
Without prejudice to the powers of the President or Governor with respect to prerogative of mercy, no appeal shall lie to any other body or person from any determination of the Supreme Court.

EXPLANATION / SCOPE
Supreme Court decisions are final. No further appeal lies. The principle is constitutional. The only exception is prerogative of mercy. The rule ensures finality. The parties cannot appeal to any other body. The principle is fundamental.
