"A decision of the court not appealed against is deemed accepted by the party against whom the decision was entered and therefore binding."

Explanation / Scope

Any decision of a court that is not appealed against is binding on the party against whom it was made. The party is deemed to have accepted the decision. Such a decision cannot be challenged or relitigated. This ensures finality in litigation and prevents parties from ignoring adverse decisions.
