Akwa Ibom State High Court (Civil Procedure) Rules, 2024

This is the primary set of civil procedure rules governing the practice and procedure of the High Court of Akwa Ibom State. These Rules, made by the High Court Rules Committee, revoke and replace the 2009 Civil Procedure Rules. They cover a wide range of civil proceedings from commencement, service, pleadings, and evidence, to Fast Track procedures, appeals, and probate matters.
