SECTION 13: Establishment of the Management Team

Part of: Debt Management Office (Establishment, etc.) Act, 2003

There shall be for the Office a management team which shall comprise the Director-General and the heads of departments of the Office and it shall be responsible for the implementation of the policies of the Board and the day to day administration of the Office.
