SECTION 8: Duties of Assistant Comptroller-General of Immigration

An Assistant Comptroller-General shall act for the Comptroller-General in the absence of both the Comptroller-General and the Deputy Comptroller-General and when so acting, the provisions of Section 7 (2) (a) and (b) of this Act shall, with all necessary modifications, apply to him.
