SECTION 11: Delegation of Board’s powers

Part of: Nigeria Customs Service Act, 2023

The Board may, subject to such conditions as it may deem fit, delegate any of its powers under this Act to— (a) the Service; (b) any officer in the Service; or (c) a committee consisting of such number of persons as the Board may decide.
