SECTION 25: Directives by Minister

Part of: Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency Act

(1) The Minister may give the Agency written directives regarding the performance of its functions. (2) Particulars of any directives given by the Minister in a financial year shall be included in the annual report of the Agency for that year.
