SectionSECTION 16: Seed certification and standards

(1) The Council shall approve national standards for seed certification, including requirements, procedures and criteria for seed certification. (2) The national standards for seed certification shall be in compliance with the ECOWAS regulations and relevant international standards, and shall be published as prescribed.
