SECTION 50: Power to prosecute

Part of: National Agricultural Seeds Council Act, 2019

Subject to the provisions of section 174 of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the Council may, with the consent of the Attorney-General of the Federation, conduct criminal proceeding in respect of offences under this Act.
