SECTION 7: Frequency of Board meetings

Part of: Nigerian Maritime Labour Act, 2003

(1) There shall be at least four ordinary Board meetings in one calendar year. (2) Notice of the Board meeting shall be served on members not later than 14 days before the date fixed for the meeting.
