SECTION 161: Repeal of the Minerals and Mining Act, 1999

Part of: Nigerian Minerals and Mining Act, 2007

(1) The Minerals and Mining Decree No. 34 of 1999 is hereby repealed. (2) The repeal of the enactment specified in subsection (1) of this section shall not affect anything done or purported to be done under the repealed Act.
