Administrative Staff College of Nigeria Act 1972

An Act to provide for the establishment and objects of the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria and the management of the College. The Act establishes the College as a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal, with objects including the provision of higher management training for senior executives in the public and private sectors, comparative study of management principles, research into management problems, award of grants and scholarships, establishment of a library, and publication of journals and research papers. The Act establishes a Board of Governors with general management responsibility, provides for a Director as Chief Executive, and makes financial and miscellaneous provisions for the College’s operations.
