SECTION 1: Establishment of Nigeria Agricultural Quarantine Service

Part of: Nigeria Agricultural Quarantine Service (Establishment) Act, 2018

There is established the Nigeria Agricultural Quarantine Service (in this Act referred to as “the Service”) which— (a) shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal; and (b) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
