SECTION 10: Fees payable to the Mining Cadastre Office

Part of: Nigerian Minerals and Mining Act, 2007

The Mining Cadastre Office shall collect— (a) a fee for processing of applications for mineral titles; and (b) an annual service fee established at a fixed rate per square cadastral unit for administrative and management services rendered by the Cadastre.
