SECTION 13: Remuneration and allowances of the Board of the Commission

Part of: Petroleum Industry Act 2021

(1) Commissioners shall be paid from the funds of the Commission such remuneration and allowances as applicable. (2) The Commission shall comply with the policy and guidelines of the National Salaries, Incomes and Wages Commission regarding remunerations.
