SECTION 130: Establishment of the Office of President

Part of: Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999

(1) There shall be for the Federation a President. (2) The President shall be the Head of State and the Chief Executive of the Federation and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federation.
