SECTION 15: Powers of the Court

Part of: Trade Disputes Act 1976 (as amended)

The Court shall have such powers as are conferred on it by this Act or any other Act with respect to the settlement of trade disputes, the interpretation of collective agreements, and matters connected therewith.
