SECTION 153: Notice of requesting delivery of documents

Part of: Nigerian Minerals and Mining Act, 2007

Upon revocation of a mineral title, a notice in the prescribed form requesting the delivery of the documents specified under this section shall be sent to the former mineral titleholder.
