SECTION 16: Vacancy on the Board of the Commission

A vacancy on the Board of the Commission shall occur, where a commissioner— (a) dies; (b) is removed from office in accordance with section 14 of this Act; (c) resigns from office; (d) completes his tenure of office; or (e) is incapacitated.
