SECTION 17: Fee for issuance of license

National Health Insurance Authority Act 2022

Without prejudice to the provisions of section 16 of this Act, the Authority may, by regulations, impose fees for the issuance of a license under this Act, except in the case of a Government health insurance scheme or Authority.
