SECTION 19: Additional Provisions as to Interpretation of Subsidiary Instruments

Part of: Interpretation Act, 2004

(1) An expression used in a subsidiary instrument has the same meaning as in the Act conferring power to make the instrument. (2) In a subsidiary instrument, the expression “the Act” means the Act conferring power to make the instrument.
