SECTION 195: Academic Board of the Institute

Part of: Electricity Act 2023

(1) There shall be for the purpose of administering the functions of the Institute relating to training and certification in accordance with the provisions of this Act, the Academic Board (in this Act referred to as the “the Academic Board”).
