SECTION 21: Pensions

Part of: Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria Act, 2011

The service in the Council shall be approved service for the purpose of the Pensions Reforms Act and accordingly, employees of the Board shall be entitled to pensions, gratuities and other retirement benefits as are prescribed under the Pensions Reform Act. [Act No. 2, 2004.]
