SECTION 24: Incentives to the seed industry

Part of: National Agricultural Seeds Council Act, 2019

From the commencement of the Act, every company incorporated in Nigeria for the purposes of seed production shall enjoy such incentives as are granted by the Federal Government to an agricultural and seed enterprise.
