SECTION 24: Limitation of suits against the Agency, etc.

Part of: Federal Roads Maintenance Agency (Establishment, etc.) Act (as amended 2007)

Subject to the provisions of this Act, the provisions of the Public Officers Protection Act shall apply in relation to any suit instituted against an officer or employee of the Agency. [Cap. P41.]
