SECTION 24: Power to demand and obtain records

Part of: Money Laundering (Prevention and Prohibition) Act 2022

For the purpose of this Act, a competent authority may demand, obtain and inspect the books and records of a financial institution or designated non-financial institution business and profession to confirm compliance with the provisions of this Act.
