SECTION 254: Accounts and audit

Part of: Petroleum Industry Act 2021

The constitution of the host communities development trust shall contain provisions requiring the Board of Trustees to— (a) keep account of the financial activities of the host communities development trust; and (b) appoint auditors to audit the accounts of the host communities development trust annually.
