SECTION 28: Establishment of Maritime Labour Monitoring Committee

Part of: Nigerian Maritime Labour Act, 2003

There is established in each port a Maritime Labour Monitoring Committee (in this Act referred to as “the Committee”), which shall be charged with such responsibility as the Board may determine from time to time.
