SECTION 31: Codes of Ethics

Part of: Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria Act, 2011

The Council shall adopt a Code of Ethics to be observed by every member of the Board, Directorates, Committees, employees or consultants to the Council, in the discharge of their functions and duties.
