SECTION 31A: Limitation of actions against the Agency

The provisions of the Public Officers Protection Act shall apply in relation to any suit instituted against any officer or employee of the Agency. Amendment Note: Section 31A was inserted by the NESREA (Establishment) (Amendment) Act, 2018. [Cap. P41. LFN. 2004.]
