SECTION 32: Validation of Appointments

Part of: Debt Management Office (Establishment, etc.) Act, 2003

The appointment of officers and employees made by the Office prior to the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have been validly made under this Act and the existing rights of such officers shall, by virtue of this section, be preserved.
