SECTION 33: Jurisdiction

Trafficking in Persons (Prohibition) Enforcement and Administration Act 2015

(1) The High Court shall have jurisdiction to try offences under this Act. (2) The High Court has powers to impose the penalties provided for in this Act, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any other enactment.
