SECTION 37: Repeal

Part of: National Identity Management Commission Act, 2026

(1) The National Identity Management Commission Act, No. 23, 2007, is repealed. (2) The repeal of the Act mentioned in subsection (1) shall not affect anything done or purported to have been done under the repealed Act.
