SECTION 39: Indigenous fleet expansion

(1) The Agency shall undertake measures to eliminate unfair and uncompetitive practices by shipping companies. (2) The Agency shall develop and implement policies and measures to promote indigenous ownership of ships and shipping infrastructure.
