SECTION 41: Arrest for offence committed in presence of a judge or magistrate

Part of: Nigeria Police Act, 2020

A judge or magistrate may arrest or direct the arrest of a suspect committing an offence in his presence and shall hand him over to a police officer who shall proceed to take necessary action.
