SECTION 54: Technical and financial assistance to States and Local Governments

Part of: Fiscal Responsibility Act 2007

The Federal Government may provide technical and financial assistance to States and Local Governments that adopt similar fiscal responsibility legislation along the same lines as this Act for the modernization of their respective tax, financial and asset administration.
