SECTION 67: Referral to Appropriate Authorities

Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria Act, 2011

Without prejudice to the powers of the Council under this Act, where an investigation carried out by, or on behalf of the Council, reveals that an offence may have been committed, the matter under investigation may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
