SECTION 7: Production of identification card

Part of: Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Act 2000

Every officer of the Commission, when discharging the duties of his office, shall, on demand, declare his office and produce to the person against whom he is action or from whom he seeks any information, evidence of his identity issued by the Commission.
