SECTION 73: Power to Make Regulations

Part of: Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria Act, 2011

The Minister may, on the advice of the Council, make such regulations as in his opinion are necessary or expedient for giving full effect to the provisions of this Act and for the due administration of its provisions.
