SECTION 85: Information of plan to commit offence

Part of: Nigeria Police Act, 2020

A police officer receiving information of a plan to commit any offence shall communicate the information to the police officer to whom he is subordinate, and to any other officer whose duty it is to prevent or take cognizance of the commission of the offence.
