SECTION 87: Exemption from Insurance Act

Part of: Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation Act 2023

The Corporation shall be exempted from the provisions of the Insurance Act or any amendment where it relates to the functions and powers of the Corporation as deposit insurer.
