Section 22 — Restriction on disposal of land by the University

(1) The University shall not, without the prior approval of the President, sell, lease, mortgage or otherwise dispose of any land vested in the University.

(2) The President may, in giving approval under subsection (1) of this section, impose such terms and conditions as he may deem fit.

(3) Any transaction entered into in contravention of subsection (1) of this section shall be void.
