Order 21 — Vacation
Rule 1 Annual vacation of the Court.
The Court shall proceed on an annual vacation for a period not less than eight (8) weeks between July and September of each year, as the Chief Justice may by Notice direct.
Rule 2 Chief Justice's directive on Court sitting.
The Court shall not sit during Easter, Islamic holiday or Christmas recess, except where the Chief Justice otherwise directs.
Rule 3 Court sitting during vacation.
The Chief Justice may constitute a panel(s) of the Court to sit during annual vacation to hear and determine any urgent matter.
Rule 4 Time to file briefs does not run during vacation.
Except as applicable in Rule 3 above, the time for the filing of brief of argument shall not run during the period of annual vacation.
