Order 31 — Statement of Facts
Rule 1 Statement of Facts or Counter-claims.
(1) Every Statement of Facts or Counter-claim shall state specifically the relief claimed either in the main or in the alternative, and it shall not be necessary to ask for general or other relief, which may be given as a Judge may think just as if it has been asked for.
(2) Where the Claimant seeks relief in respect of several distinct claims or causes of complaint founded upon separate and distinct grounds, they shall be stated, as far as may be, separately and distinctly. The same Rule shall apply to a defendant in respect of Counter-Claim.
