Section 4 — Tenure of members of the Governing Council

(1) The Chairman of the Governing Council shall hold office for a term of three years and shall not be eligible for re-appointment.

(2) A member of the Governing Council shall hold office for a term of three years and shall be eligible for re-appointment.
