Section 10 — Power to bestow honorary fellowship

The Council may if it deems fit bestow an honorary fellowship on any deserving person who has distinguished himself, having spent at least 15 years in any chosen area of practice and whose contribution is such that it is in the interest of the Council to be associated with the person.
