PART X – PRIVILEGES OF REGISTERED PERSONS AND OFFENCES BY UNREGISTERED PERSONS

Section 30 — Certificate invalid if given by unregistered person

A certificate required by any written law from any class of persons for whom a register is maintained under this Act shall not be valid, except where such certificate is signed by a person registered under this Act.
