PART XI – ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ADVERTISING OFFENCES TRIBUNAL

Section 39 — Tenure of the Chairman of the Tribunal

The Chairman and other members of the Tribunal shall hold office on a part-time basis for a term of three years and shall be eligible for reappointment for another term of three years and not more.
