Section 40 — Qualification of members of the Tribunal

A person is not qualified to serve on the Tribunal if the person is—

(a) an undischarged bankrupt;

(b) declared mentally unfit under any order of a competent court;

(c) a convicted felon under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria;

(d) found guilty of serious misconduct in capacitating the person from carrying out the functions of the office; or

(e) found to have been engaging in any activity that may undermine the integrity of the Tribunal.
