Order 67 — Power of Chief Judge to Modify or Amend Rules
Rule 1 Powers of the Chief Judge to modify or amend rules
Where any additional provision is made to these Rules or any part of it is amended or modified, the Chief Judge may issue a direction for the addition, amendment or modification.
Rule 2 Publication of Supplemental Provision
Where the Chief Judge makes any addition, amendment or modification to these Rules, it shall be sufficient to publish same as supplemental provisions without the necessity of new body of Rules, except where necessary.
Rule 3 Power of Chief Judge to issue Practice Directions, etc
The Chief Judge shall have the power to issue Practice Directions, Protocols, and Guidance towards the realization of speedy, just and effective administration of justice.
Rule 4 Practice Directions, etc to be published
The Practice Directions, Protocol, and Guidance shall be published and be given effect towards the realization of the fundamental objectives of these Rules.
